Beschreibung

• Advocate for Split Members (egg donors) throughout their egg donation journey • Manage a portfolio of cases across multiple stages of egg freezing and donation • Serve as the primary contact through video, phone, text, and email • Keep case timelines on track and members informed of next steps • Educate members on egg freezing and donation • Anticipate, resolve, and escalate issues as needed • Coordinate with medical providers on travel, escrow funding, screenings, and egg retrievals • Build and optimize case management best practices and operational procedures • Track match progress and documentation in the CRM • Follow American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) industry guidelines

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years experience as a case manager/coordinator with experience working with multiple cases at once • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Problem-solving ability and readiness to work in a fast-paced environment • Interest in the fertility field and comfort supporting and educating members through egg donation and egg freezing • Experience in healthcare and/or working with fertility clinics and providers is a bonus • Proficient in Google Suite, CRM tools, and learning new software • Patient, kind, empathetic, effective, versatile, and ready to learn and grow • Alignment with the mission of changing family planning and empowering women to own their fertility timeline
