Beschreibung

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned ambassadors, influencers, streamers, and creator partners • Manage regular communication, relationship growth, feedback, and performance-focused partner management • Track partner deliverables, campaign activity, promotional requirements, and posting schedules • Ensure partners follow contractual obligations, approved processes, and ambassador management best practices • Review partner content in real time across relevant platforms • Develop and coordinate promotional campaigns for partner audiences • Submit monthly partner-by-partner performance reports • Collaborate with CRM, marketing, PRM, and affiliate teams on activation, retention, reactivation, and promotional campaigns • Brief partners, request content, and collect required content assets • Submit end-of-month partner invoice reviews based on completed deliverables • Flag missed or incomplete contractual obligations to management • Support partner renewal discussions, onboarding processes, and new ambassador launches • Mentor and support Junior Ambassador Managers • Review high-performing creator content, promotional formats, and audience engagement trends

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong understanding of poker rules, terminology, and community dynamics • Proven experience managing influencer, streamer, ambassador, or creator relationships from onboarding to monthly execution • Exceptional project management and organisational skills • Track record of tracking complex deliverables, schedules, and campaign activity simultaneously • High level of accuracy auditing partner content and verifying promotional compliance • Ability to track deliverables and review monthly invoices accurately • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Natural ability or experience guiding, mentoring, and supporting junior team members • Ability to analyse campaign activity and audience engagement metrics • Ability to optimise partner content and evaluate campaign effectiveness
