Beschreibung

• Design and deliver production-ready, testable, understandable solutions across the team's products • Develop backend services using NestJS, TypeScript, TypeORM, and PostgreSQL • Develop frontend features using Next.js and React 18–19 • Help replace legacy Java/Spring Boot services and extract functionality from a PHP monolith into modern services • Apply security, unit, integration, Cypress E2E testing, documentation, and monitoring best practices • Deploy and operate services on AWS using ECS, Lambda, SQS, Docker, AWS CDK, Terraform, and CodeBuild CI/CD • Use AI-assisted development tools for code generation, refactoring, test authoring, and legacy-code navigation • Drive larger sets of changes to completion across multiple sprints • Scope work, anticipate blockers, clarify expectations, and prioritize work using value-versus-cost considerations • Share knowledge through tech talks, documentation, design reviews, and AI-tool workflow guidance • Onboard new engineers and contribute to on-call, tooling, and quality initiatives • Provide and incorporate constructive feedback

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production full-stack web applications • Advanced proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js with NestJS and Express, or deep Java/Spring Boot experience with strong motivation to work in TypeScript • Strong relational database skills with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL, including schema design, query optimization, and ORM usage • Proven frontend engineering experience with React; Next.js strongly preferred • Experience with component architecture, state management, SSR/ISR, accessibility, and frontend performance • Experience designing and consuming REST APIs; GraphQL is a plus • Solid grounding in automated testing and CI/CD • Experience with AWS and Docker/containerized deployment • Ability to work independently on multi-sprint efforts • Demonstrated hands-on, day-to-day fluency with AI coding assistants and agents such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Nice to have: legacy-system modernization, infrastructure-as-code, message-driven architectures, GraphQL, gRPC, headless CMS, React Native/Expo, Python, LLM integrations, RAG, embeddings, agentic workflows, and interest in sports cards, gaming, or collectibles
