Beschreibung

• Use AI tooling, preferably Claude, across software design, architecture, and implementation while owning shipped quality • Build backend services, APIs, and data models for internal grading and authentication applications • Work across containerized .NET applications, serverless APIs, and Python background-processing jobs • Design and implement high-volume event-driven and asynchronous systems • Develop frontend features using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Vue.js • Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into technical designs • Troubleshoot data, integration, service, and UI issues across a large codebase • Participate in an on-call rotation for owned services • Contribute technical documentation and improve maintainability, knowledge sharing, and team velocity • Improve system design, code quality, observability, and engineering practices

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building production applications, with substantial backend experience and some hands-on frontend experience • 3+ years of experience or strong proficiency in C# and .NET • Routine use of AI tooling in software design and development, preferably Claude, with responsibility for reviewing its output • Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and service integrations • Experience defining module boundaries and selecting when capabilities should become separate services • Experience writing and maintaining automated tests for production services • Strong fundamentals with relational databases and data modeling, such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL • Hands-on experience building and operating cloud production services, including Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, serverless compute behind an API gateway, and managed messaging and data stores • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and a component-based frontend framework • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform or CloudFormation, and monitoring and observability tools such as CloudWatch or Datadog • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills, with ability to document work • Experience translating complex Product and Operations requirements into clean, extensible systems • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Collectors uses e-Verify to validate ability to work legally in the United States
