Beschreibung

• Manage day-to-day project delivery from construction start through turnover. • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying critical paths and mitigating risks proactively. • Track progress, resolve issues, and drive alignment across contractors, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders. • Lead coordination of site logistics, permitting, inspections, and construction readiness. • Monitor project budgets, commitments, forecasts, and cost-to-complete reports. • Review and validate change orders, pay applications, and vendor invoices. • Serve as primary point of contact for general contractors, subcontractors, and third-party vendors. • Lead weekly coordination meetings, track deliverables, and enforce performance expectations. • Ensure all partners adhere to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. • Conduct site walks to monitor workmanship, safety practices, installation quality, and design adherence. • Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and company standards. • Partner with Development, Engineering, Operations, and Procurement to support project readiness and seamless handoff. • Maintain accurate project logs, reports, meeting minutes, submittal trackers, and decision records.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7–10+ years of construction project management experience, ideally with large commercial, industrial, and a minimum of 4+ years directly in mission-critical builds. • Demonstrated experience managing general contractors, subcontractors, and technical project scopes. • Strong background in MEP-heavy construction, infrastructure systems, or high-density facilities. • Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and site coordination. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Elec/Mech/Eng. Mgmt. Preferred), Architecture, or equivalent related field experience.
