Beschreibung

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Infor M3 projects or other ERP projects as needed • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies • Monitor project progress and maintain communication and alignment among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients • Manage enterprise-level budgets and monitor budget-to-actuals reporting • Communicate project status to project teams and C-suite executives • Identify and resolve customer issues and manage escalations while maintaining client relationships • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to draft statements of work and estimate project budgets, timelines, and resource needs • Forecast and allocate project resources while minimizing conflicts • Monitor team performance and provide mentorship and guidance • Ensure adherence to Columbus Methodology, project deliverables, quality standards, and schedules • Review contractual terms, project scope, key deliverables, and budget alignment • Ensure project setup, time, invoice, and expense entries are recorded properly • Perform time and expense reviews

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of ERP project management experience in an ERP environment • 7+ years managing ERP enterprise implementations • 7+ years of consulting experience • Experience with Infor M3 is strongly preferred • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, contracts, and profitability • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills • Experience managing budgets, risks, resources, scope, issues, changes, and quality • Experience writing statements of work, project estimation, and resource forecasting • Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to handle client and employee escalations with empathy, diplomacy, and fairness • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field • PMP certification is preferred • Coaching and/or mentoring experience with excellent presentation skills • Experience working with global project teams and adapting schedules to alternate time zones when needed • Ability to travel up to 30% • Knowledge of other tier one ERP solutions is preferred
