Beschreibung

• Partner with Account Executives to support enterprise opportunities from technical discovery through close • Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture discussions, workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts • Build and deliver compelling demos and sample GenAI applications showcasing Opik’s capabilities across: • LLM evaluation • Agent observability • Trace and span analysis • Regression testing • Prompt and configuration management • Production AI monitoring and governance • Design and execute enterprise proof-of-concepts with measurable success criteria tied to customer business outcomes • Help customers operationalize AI agents and GenAI applications in production environments • Support MEDDPICC qualification including technical pain validation, decision criteria alignment, competitive positioning, and deployment readiness • Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth customer handoffs into onboarding and post-sales deployment • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback, product gaps, technical requirements, and competitive insights • Build reusable demo assets, technical enablement content, and evaluation frameworks for the field organization • Assist in developing standardized demo flows, technical messaging, and customer engagement best practices

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Customer Engineering, or related customer-facing technical roles • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS, AI infrastructure, developer tooling, or observability platforms • Experience working with AI/ML workflows, APIs, developer platforms, or cloud infrastructure • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field preferred
