Beschreibung

• Take inbound calls and reach out to people who submitted form fills requesting more info or callbacks • Assist families with safe first phones for kids and seniors with simple technology • Listen with patience, explain clearly, and close sales • Ensure number ports over smoothly • Hit sales goals and always be closing • Collaborate across team when major incidents occur (e.g., network outages)

🎯 Anforderungen

• High-speed internet • A PC or laptop • Noise-cancelling headphones • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (huge plus if you have experience selling to telecom and/or to the US market) • Fluent English (required) • Spanish knowledge is a big plus • Ability to stay organized and motivated remotely • Comfortable with sales targets and feedback
