Beschreibung

• Deliver multiple software implementations via consulting activities from kickoff to Go-Live, on time, on budget, and to agreed scope • Serve as a trusted advisor on Epicor system configuration and implementation • Apply Epicor’s methodology for problem identification, implementation, documentation, testing, and training • Communicate with customers to determine needs and contribute to solution design and business strategy • Interpret requirements data and identify gaps between current-state purchased modules and desired future-state functionality • Manage project issues and coordinate activities and schedules with clients and internal team members • Assist with quote specifications and proposal generation • Adhere to project timelines and meet Service Level Agreement goals • Provide client help-desk support and troubleshoot application questions • Provide on-site training and consulting for clients when necessary • Maintain daily timesheet and expense report entries • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Anforderungen

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint • Intermediate experience with ERP solutions such as Infor Visual, Syteline, Epicor, Great Plains, or IQMS (DELMIAWorks) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Pleasant and professional demeanor in client and internal communications • Ability to multitask • Intellectual resourcefulness, sound judgment, and effective decision-making abilities • Ability to work independently without direct supervision • Strong organizational skills and ability to operate efficiently • Ability to own issues through resolution and know when and to whom to escalate problems • Ability to accept escalated issues and mentor when appropriate • Empathy with users and professionalism • Ability to work well with clients at all levels • Client-satisfaction orientation • Energy, enthusiasm, and results orientation • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Bachelor-level degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with solid exposure to ERP software • Understanding of manufacturing operations • Proven success in ERP software project implementation and deployment across multiple business verticals • Ability to schedule occasional evening or weekend work • Valid driver’s license in state of residence • Reliable personal vehicle
