Beschreibung

• Perform sustainment tasks for CEMS database support and APIs/Interfaces • Develop and maintain CEMS Web Services APIs for existing and future CEMS interfaces • Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and queries • Analyze database code and processes to identify performance bottlenecks and implement tuning improvements • Translate business and application requirements into efficient database solutions • Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts for reporting, integration, and data processing • Ensure database code follows best practices for security, reliability, reusability, and performance • Implement relational database changes, updates, and schema modifications • Troubleshoot, debug, and perform root cause analysis on PL/SQL components and database issues • Prepare deployment scripts, validate execution results, and support transitions between environments • Document database structures, stored procedures, data flows, and development standards • Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance on PL/SQL and database development standards • Assist with data migration, ETL processes, and internal/external system integration • Monitor database performance and collaborate with DBAs to optimize queries, indexes, and storage strategies

🎯 Anforderungen

• US Citizen with active Secret Clearance • BA/BS preferable; can be replaced by additional experience • 2+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL • Experience with Oracle database replication • Knowledge of AWS and/or OCI related technologies and utilities • Strong interpersonal and communications skills • AGILE Environment experience • DevSecOps experience • AWS Cloud One or AWS Gov Cloud experience preferred
