Beschreibung

• Serve as liaison between Enterprise Sales Teams, clients, partners, and project managers • Organize and coordinate product delivery • Maintain updates on timelines and project statuses • Prepare reporting required by clients • Coordinate efforts for last minute product or delivery changes • Assure departmental processes are performed in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls • Manage inquiries and escalations • Work with Project Manager and Client Experience stocking team to manage product needs, availability, and delivery • Track and schedule deliveries and manage returns

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience • Minimum 9 years of work experience to qualify for the role • 11 years of total work experience to be fully proficient • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills • Working knowledge of Traxx/MarkITPlace enterprise system • Working knowledge of applications used to manage and track value added services activities • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite • Understanding of the lifecycle of a customer order and some order processing experience • Knowledge of Enterprise sales organization and sales process • Understanding of Supply Chain Management process • Demonstrated knowledge of the project coordination process • Excellent communication skills
