Beschreibung

• Develop and deliver a sales/business development plan to generate new conveyancing instructions • Identify, approach and win new introducers, including estate agents, mortgage/finance brokers and other referral partners • Manage and grow existing partner relationships to increase instruction volumes and retention • Present the Convey business clearly, tailoring solutions to partner needs and demonstrating value • Track and report pipeline activity, conversions and performance against targets • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and excellent partner service • Monitor market activity and competitor propositions to spot opportunities and strengthen the offering

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven, demonstrable success in sales/business development (B2B), including lead generation and closing • Recent sales experience and contacts in the residential conveyancing industry would be desirable • Established network of contacts within estate agency, broker or introducer channels is essential • Understanding of the conveyancing process, referral models and compliance considerations is essential • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills • Commercially astute, target-driven and comfortable working autonomously • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a pipeline and prioritise effectively • Professional, credible and confident representing the brand externally • Willingness to travel throughout the country as required to meet potential clients and referral partners
