Beschreibung

• Guide Cordial clients through successful implementation of the platform and third-party integrations • Serve as a Cordial platform subject matter expert and consult directly with clients • Help clients apply product features and enhancements to business goals • Develop and share client best practices • Help clients implement Cordial’s RESTful API and JavaScript Snippet in their marketing stacks • Identify issues, recognize patterns, propose solutions, and create repeatable processes and documentation • Enable clients to use dynamic scripting for email and machine learning capabilities • Design data structures that integrate downstream with Cordial’s object model • Manage internal stakeholder and external client expectations on projects and timelines • Collaborate with Product, Client Success, Strategy, Support, and Sales teams to improve adoption and meet client goals • Document and record completed project work

🎯 Anforderungen

• BS in Computer Science or a closely related field • Minimum of 4 years of experience in professional services • Track record of driving successful implementations and managing client projects • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs • Comfortable with JSON data structures • Ability to read/write HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience with PHP or another programming language • Ability to use Browser Developer Tools • Understanding of SQL and NoSQL differences • Ability to handle difficult or unexpected technical issues and complex business challenges • Ability to work with senior-level marketers, IT/systems integrators, and marketing technology and services partners • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity and priority • Ability to collaborate with Experience Management, Strategy, Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Executive teams • Track record of delivering results in a dynamic, autonomous startup environment • Resume must be named FIRSTNAME-LASTNAME-CORDIAL2026 • Resume must be submitted as PDF or Word (.docx) • Must not require visa sponsorship, visa transfer, immigration support, or employment-related immigration documentation for new hires
