Beschreibung

• Training client accounting staff on KeyStone functionality. • Supporting credit unions in balancing of clearing/suspense accounts. • Building of financial statements. • Serving as a remote resource, on-site as needed during conversion week. • Working closely with the client and mentor to understand the clients existing functionality and processes. • Consulting with client to configure existing processes to KeyStone. • Assisting client through the conversion process and providing training and/or support during and through post conversion. • Working with client on table mapping to the new GL chart of Accounts, GL Accrual types, A/P Vendors, Invoice Types, Work Queues. • Providing guidance in setting up batch jobs for all GL related functions. • Understanding and practicing basic concepts of database setup that require GL Information. • Providing training via Web-ex on KeyStone’s General Ledger product. • Traveling on-site for GL Conversion and support as needed. • Maintaining effective communication with clients and team members throughout the entire conversion process. • Identifying potential issues and ensuring proper resolution.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 1 year of related experience. • Credit Union/Banking experience is preferred. • A college degree in accounting preferred or multi-craft skills acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs or in-depth industry and job specific technical skills acquired through a combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training.
