Beschreibung

• Support and grow the Metallic and Ceco brands in the Florida Peninsula • Manage an established territory and identify opportunities to expand customer relationships and market share • Work with builders, direct sale opportunities, and new clients to support their business needs • Maintain current business while prospecting and developing new opportunities • Represent metal building systems across commercial, industrial, and agricultural markets • Conduct customer education and contractor training programs • Collaborate with internal departments to optimize the customer experience • Manage a high volume of customer interactions and transactions • Travel throughout the assigned territory and work across office, driving, customer-facing, and job-site environments

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience within the pre-engineered metal building industry • 2+ years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience, or 2+ years of experience in Building Materials • Experience with estimating, inside sales, engineering, or project management valued • Strong relationship-building skills with consistent customer follow-up • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple opportunities, and work independently • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, customer-focused sales environment • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Ability to meet with customers regularly throughout the territory • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to learn and adapt to multiple proprietary systems and technologies • Frequent travel throughout the assigned territory, averaging 50–70% • Occasional lifting of product samples and materials may be required • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
