Beschreibung

• Design and develop high quality, maintainable software modules • Conduct unit and integration testing • Analyze requirements and specifications and create detailed designs • Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and elevate quality across all areas of responsibility • Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered features and applications • Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines to support ML model training and inference • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI capabilities into existing and new products • Develop full-stack AI application components, including APIs, backend services, and front-end interfaces • Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to productionize machine learning models • Write clean, well-tested, and documented code following engineering best practices • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies • Investigate and resolve bugs and performance issues in AI systems • Continuously update professional knowledge of new technologies • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting and other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) • 2-3 years of software development experience, preferability in an enterprise setting • Strong Java and SQL skills • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with at least one other language (Java, JavaScript, or similar) • SQL Fundamentals — comfortable writing queries and complex joins • Exposure to LLM APIs (e.g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or similar) • Git Basics — familiarity with version control, branching, and pull requests • Familiarity with Claude (Anthropic) for building intelligent, context-aware applications • Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar) • Experience with REST API development and integration • Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2, or similar) • Experience in back-end systems development with heavy emphasis on data processing preferred
