Beschreibung

• Collaborate with Customers – Work closely with our customer’s business and engineering teams to gather integration requirements and ensure alignment with their business objectives. • Data Management – Figure out how to get data cleanly from our customers' systems into Coverbase and out again. This includes building and managing APIs and webhooks to enable seamless data exchange and automation across platforms. • Monitor & Troubleshoot – Proactively monitor integration performance, identify issues, and resolve failures or performance bottlenecks. • Maintain Documentation – Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration designs, data flows, and operational procedures. • Grow and Scale Coverbase – Foster a constructive environment for code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

• You’re people-oriented: you enjoy understanding the needs of users and customers and helping them solve problems. • You’re meticulous and organized: you stay on top of action items and priorities, ensuring that the customer onboards onto Coverbase smoothly. • You have the foundational skills of a software engineer down pat: you navigate around your dev environment efficiently, feel confident around SQL and git, give good code reviews, and are seasoned at debugging. • You thrive in a dynamic, early-stage startup environment.
