Beschreibung

• We need a talented, ambitious, hard-working senior software engineer with 8+ years of experience who can help us build this rocket ship while we're flying it. • You are a hungry full stack software developer who is capable of thought leadership and high-quality code output, but who is also obsessed with making customers happy, and will do whatever it takes to make it happen. • You are also autonomous and happy to take on big, ambiguous problems as one of the first engineers at a fast-growing startup. • You’re willing to work nights and weekends if needed to get key projects over the line. • You love building a culture where people love to work (❤️) but believe in putting people first while having a huge amount of fun while you do your job 😁. • The idea of starting the next Industrial Revolution (aka Coworker) makes you extremely excited. • Rapidly build, ship, and test new applications on top of our AI platform to compete with and 10x existing SaaS tools. • Get your hands dirty deep in the AI systems, as well as writing traditional application code. • Bake AI into every part of your role to make it better, trying to automate it away so you can do 100 jobs at once. • Be a thought leader in the enterprise AI space. • Manage and mentor junior engineers. • Guide the early Coworker technical architecture decisions that will resonate throughout the global economy for years to come 🤯. • Establish the Coworker engineering culture–live the mission and set a standard. • Help the product team craft the team vision, strategy, and roadmap while proposing innovative solutions, as well as understanding technical limitations. • Drive key business metrics. • Have an inordinate amount of fun.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree (Computer Science preferred) • 10+ years of professional experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Go) • Experience and desire to own new products from zero to one, from system design to implementation to deployment • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Experience in React, Next.js, and TypeScript (nice to have) • Experience with LLM Operations and prompt engineering (nice to have) • Excitement, ambition, and fun
