Beschreibung
• Develop and lead the strategic direction for integrating ESG goals across the company • Collaborate with senior leaders to infuse sustainability and ethical practices into business operations • Craft comprehensive ESG policies • Engage with investors, customers, and regulatory bodies • Prepare ESG reports for stakeholders • Assist BU teams in product development • Build and lead a team dedicated to ESG initiatives
🎯 Anforderungen
• Proven leadership experience with a strategic mindset • Strong knowledge of ESG standards, sustainability practices, and regulatory compliance • Experience with ISSB, SASB, UK SRS, GRI or similar sustainability reporting practices • Experience with EcoVadis or similar sustainability rating agencies • Excellent communication skills • Interest or experience with using sustainability as a value proposition • Experience in leading change and embedding sustainable practices into organizations
