Beschreibung

• Provide project support within the Substation Protection and Control Engineering team • Work on substation protection and control projects for electric utilities ranging from 4kV to 345kV • Develop one-line and three-line diagrams • Develop AC and DC schematics • Design SCADA/RTU systems • Create panel layouts and wiring • Develop bills of material • Coordinate with Civil/Structural and Substation disciplines • Perform quality control/assurance reviews • Support projects from scoping through final design and project closeout • Provide construction support • Interface with clients and other disciplines

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering • Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) is a plus with ambition to obtain Professional Engineering Licensure (PE) • Minimum of Five (5) years’ experience in electric utility industry • Experience in utility substation engineering with focus on design packages • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation is a plus • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills • Direct experience with substation protection and control projects for electric utilities • Ability to support projects ranging from 4kV to 345kV • Strong client focus and customer service • Excellent communication skills
