Beschreibung

• Manage accounts from submission through binding, including required documentation and communications • Partner with brokers and underwriters to solicit, quote, and maintain new and renewal business • Negotiate coverage terms with carriers, including pricing, deductibles, enhancements, and exclusions • Select appropriate carriers and manage the marketing process for assigned accounts • Prepare and deliver quotes, coverage comparisons, and recommendations • Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and in compliance with guidelines • Issue binders and invoices and confirm coverage details • Communicate with agents, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely account execution • Support retention and renewal strategies by identifying coverage expansion opportunities • Provide guidance to support staff as needed • Conduct research and prepare account or market analysis • Maintain accurate records and correspondence • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and carrier capabilities through education and training

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Progressive experience in wholesale insurance, brokerage, or underwriting support roles (typically 3+ years) • Demonstrated experience managing accounts, marketing business, and supporting placement activities • Strong understanding of insurance products, coverage structures, and market dynamics • Active state insurance license required in applicable lines of business • Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and carrier guidelines • Ability to negotiate terms and evaluate coverage options • Effective account management skills across submission, quoting, binding, and renewal • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems used for policy and account management • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on industry trends and market developments • English language fluency required
