Beschreibung

• You will lead the development and deployment of scalable, efficient AI models, optimizing performance, scalability, and cost. • You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into larger systems and ensure they are robust, functional, and scalable. • You will analyze large volumes of complex data and develop advanced predictive models that effectively solve client-specific problems. • You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of existing systems, implementing strategies to optimize performance, efficiency, and reliability. • You will integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), leveraging their capabilities to improve performance and reduce costs. • You will maintain an innovative mindset, researching the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies to apply to current and future projects. • You will document complex technical processes and communicate results and innovations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala; deep experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, and data libraries like pandas and scikit-learn. • Strong experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, and leveraging their machine learning services. • Expertise in analyzing complex data and building advanced predictive models. • Proven technical leadership skills, with experience guiding and mentoring other engineers. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and foster a strong technical culture. • Commitment to continuous research and adoption of new technologies to keep Creai at the forefront of AI and machine learning. • Broad understanding of data structures, software design, architecture, and scalability principles. • Ability to communicate clearly in Spanish and English, presenting complex ideas in a way that is understandable to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Focus on delivering high-quality solutions, with rigorous testing and an emphasis on performance and scalability.
