Beschreibung

• Own features end-to-end across frontend and backend (true 50/50 contribution) • Help design and build a greenfield product, contributing to architecture and technical direction from day one • Develop scalable APIs and services using Django and Node.js • Build intuitive, performant UIs using React and modern component libraries • Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into technical solutions • Ensure clean system design, maintainability, and scalability across the stack • Implement robust testing strategies (unit, integration, and API testing) • Optimize application performance and reliability • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices • Work closely with other engineers to ensure seamless frontend-backend integration

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of full stack development experience with meaningful contributions to both frontend and backend systems • Strong experience with React + TypeScript • Backend development (Node.js and/or Python/Django) • Proven ability to build and scale systems from scratch (greenfield experience strongly preferred) • Solid understanding of API design, data modeling, and system architecture • Experience building responsive, high-quality user interfaces • Familiarity with testing frameworks and writing reliable, maintainable tests • Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) • Strong proficiency with Git and modern development workflows • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high ownership.
