Beschreibung

• Own AI Agent outcomes for customers and define and deliver metrics that drive value • Find additional automation opportunities to provide more customer value • Own the AI Agent deployment lifecycle from pre-sale scoping and kickoff through launch and post-go-live optimization • Design, build, test, and iterate on AI agents with Forward Deployed Engineers using Cresta’s internal tools and latest technologies • Lead customer relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for AI Agent engagements • Help prospects and customers move faster to enable quick and effective delivery • Facilitate workshops and design sessions with customer stakeholders on agent use cases, workflows, and success criteria • Gather customer feedback to improve the AI agent platform • Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers on implementation, new capabilities, and platform improvements • Improve playbooks for agent development and customer deployment

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in Technology Consulting, Implementations, Product, or Customer Success roles, ideally working closely with AI or LLM first products • Hands-on work style with curiosity and a bias for action • Experience leading complex deployments, owning customer relationships including senior customer stakeholders, and working cross-functionally • Strong technical understanding and systems thinking • Exposure to building Agents; personal projects count • Comfortable working with ambiguity and learning quickly in a dynamic startup environment • Passion for AI, automation, and shaping the future of customer experience • Bonus: Background in product management, conversation design, or forward deployed engineering roles • Bonus: Experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment • Bonus: Familiarity with customer support and contact center operations
