Beschreibung

• Build and enhance AI agents used by real customers every day • Design and improve agent runtimes, memory systems, tool orchestration, and evaluation frameworks • Develop integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, Stripe, HubSpot, Notion, QuickBooks, Shopify, and more • Build scalable backend services using Python and modern frontend experiences using TypeScript and React • Optimize infrastructure, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency • Ship production-ready features rapidly and continuously • Take ownership of technical decisions and product outcomes from concept to deployment

🎯 Anforderungen

• Located in Poland with existing work authorization • Strong experience with Python and TypeScript • Experience building or significantly modifying AI agents • Hands-on experience with modern AI development workflows and AI-assisted coding tools • Strong understanding of scalable systems, architecture, and technical trade-offs • Full-stack development experience across frontend and backend systems • Ability to move quickly and ship production-ready code with minimal oversight
