Beschreibung

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CrossFit's Education line of business • Establish product goals, success metrics, and KPIs, and evaluate performance • Use customer insights, product analytics, market trends, and business data to guide decisions • Lead the product lifecycle from discovery and validation through development, launch, adoption, measurement, and iteration • Guide decisions for learner experience, course registration, content authoring and delivery, learning platforms, and credentialing • Evaluate build, buy, modernize, or replace options for legacy platforms and vendor tools • Partner with Engineering and Design to scope initiatives and sequence work • Support launches with go-to-market, communication, training, and adoption plans • Improve instrumentation for enrollment, completion, conversion, retention, and revenue per learner • Run experiments across acquisition, activation, upgrades, and re-engagement • Partner with Education leaders and program owners to identify pain points and prioritize improvements • Communicate strategy, roadmap decisions, progress, risks, and results to executives and stakeholders • Establish operating rhythms for roadmap visibility, dependencies, risks, and decisions • Coordinate with adjacent product owners to align strategy and sequencing

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • 7+ years of product management experience for Senior, including significant ownership of digital products or platforms • Experience with education technology, certification or credentialing, online learning, learner growth products, or growth product experience across acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention • Strong product judgment connecting customer needs, business strategy, technology, and financial outcomes • Knowledge of learning management systems, content authoring, course delivery, credentialing, and learner-facing experiences, and/or deep growth experience • Ability to define funnel and learning metrics, improve measurement capabilities, and use experimentation • Experience navigating legacy systems, vendor integrations, and fragmented data environments • Ability to prioritize investments and make difficult trade-offs in resource-constrained environments • Strong understanding of modern software development and experience partnering with Engineering and Design • Fluency with modern AI tools such as Claude • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills • Experience launching and improving products with measurable customer and business outcomes • Experience partnering with Engineering, Design, and senior business leaders
