Beschreibung

• Drive sales growth and customer success across California • Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise • Conduct product demonstrations and proofs of value (POVs) • Serve as a product specialist supporting the broader sales team • Own the technical relationship with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle • Maintain customer relationships as customers discover, expand, and use NG Identity Security • Provide feedback to the Product Management team • Act as a trusted advisor by answering technical questions and demonstrating product capabilities • Lay out a technical vision of SSPM • Collaborate with sales, leadership, marketing, support, customer success, and engineering teams • Provide feedback on deal progress and uncover prospect needs • Translate prospect needs into tangible value from the Adaptive Shield platform • Guide prospective customers through discovery of NG Identity Security • Help define and execute go-to-market strategy • Explore new use cases, integrations, and partnerships • Support worldwide expansion of NG Identity Security

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes • Strong technical knowledge of SaaS/Cloud platforms (Salesforce, 365 etc) and security concepts (network security, endpoint security, threat detection) • Experience with common sales processes such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling in a pre-sales or architect role is ideal • Ability to adapt, thrive and excel in a fast-moving, nimble environment • Comfortable in a team selling environment • Consultative sales approach • Strength in evangelizing technology and new account acquisition (hunting) • Highly motivated and professional, with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Outstanding organizational skills with the attested ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines • Self-starter able to work independently but also team oriented • Excellent problem resolution skills • Willingness to experiment with new technologies, techniques, and approaches • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is an advantage • 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role within the cybersecurity or cloud security industry • Curiosity and a growth mindset to continuously learn and improve • Capacity to create scalable processes, such as demo scripts and POV workflows • Fluency in English • Must live in California to be considered for the role
