Beschreibung

• Lead multiple global Category Management teams across CSL Group • Oversee development and execution of category management strategies to maximize value, manage risk, and maintain procurement compliance • Develop plans aligned with CSL Global and Procurement Strategy • Develop and implement global category strategies for Engineering and Construction categories • Drive total cost of ownership and risk reduction while increasing innovation, customer service, compliance, and quality • Collaborate with business units on complex problem resolution, investigative data analytics, process reengineering, and sustainable global programs • Lead projects involving redesign of global strategy, business models, and ways of working • Drive year-over-year financial improvements and operational excellence • Define and implement category management strategies and establish/manage councils for business-critical commodities • Lead key sourcing activities, including negotiations, to improve cost, risk, quality, and supply performance • Lead complex negotiations with major suppliers and advise on regional sourcing • Conduct business ethically and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, anti-bribery requirements, and supplier diversity objectives • Establish and manage Supplier Relationship Management processes, supplier segmentation, and risk management strategies • Implement global procedures ensuring sourcing compliance with CSL policies and standards • Adhere to CSL Supplier Risk Management policies and use related tools • Monitor supply performance KPIs and conduct regular operational reviews with analysis and reporting from the Centre of Excellence • Lead, motivate, develop, and performance-manage Procurement employees, including talent development and succession planning • Build relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external vendor executives • Manage supplier performance, issues, procurement improvement initiatives, and broader business issues • Lead and participate in global transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Anforderungen

• Master’s degree in Engineering preferred • Post graduate business degree, MBA highly regarded • Minimum 12 years’ experience in strategic sourcing, other relevant experience in sourcing, or equivalent experience in engineering and construction management • Minimum 2 years senior leadership experience, preferably of a global team • Minimum 5 years in global team management • Strong communication and influencing skills and ability to deal with ambiguity and build bridges • Strong understanding of the A&E/EPC/EPCM, CQV/CSV categories and business • Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry or related industry preferred but not essential • Basic strategic orientation; inquisitive, comfortable with ambiguity, and self-motivated to identify trends and improvement opportunities aligned with business objectives and strategic plans • Strong executive presence, demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills, with ability to build effective relationships and influence peers and key stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to organize and lead global teams • Strong project management skills, including planning tasks, assigning resources, managing progress, removing barriers, managing change, resolving conflict, building consensus, and motivating team members across multiple projects concurrently • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to tailor messages, present information clearly and concisely, engage audiences, manage change, resolve conflict, and build consensus • Solid Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, and Supplier Relationship Management knowledge • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels • Willingness and ability to travel domestically as required (10–30%) and internationally as required (10–20%)
