Beschreibung

• Manage projects as assigned • Coordinate the project team and communicate appropriately with the client • Manage and control project scope, cost, and schedule objectives • Support a marquee client on multiple EV charging station installations • Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of project schedules, scope, and cost • Value engineer projects by identifying savings opportunities and ensuring material substitutions are equivalent • Communicate with and manage project stakeholders • Prepare project management plans and fee budgets/proposals at project outset • Evaluate documents and communicate client goals and expectations to project team members • Develop and communicate action plans throughout the project • Coordinate with the cost management group on cost estimates, cost studies, actual job cost reviews, and budget reconciliation • Drive permitting processes with local, state, and federal agencies • Ensure project design management follows client budgets, scope, schedules, and design standards • Prepare cost and revenue projections

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience managing the construction of complex electrical projects or industrial projects • Ability to travel semi-locally a couple days/week • Experience preparing Project Management Plans and fee/budget proposals • Experience developing and driving action plans • Demonstrated ability to monitor scope throughout the project and recommend adjustments when necessary • Ability to prepare and communicate cost and revenue projections • Knowledge of permitting process and ability to drive the process to meet project timelines • Effective written and oral communication skills • Ability to understand how the role contributes to organizational goals • Ability to deliver quality work product and model organizational core values • Ability to hold self-accountable to individual and team goals • Consistent communication and collaboration with team members and clients • Ability to build relationships with peers, leaders, and clients • Proactive participation in self-development • Dependable, diligent, and thorough • Creativity and resourcefulness in managing projects effectively in a compressed timeframe • BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field • 5+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction management • Preferred certifications: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED
