Beschreibung

• Define system architecture by breaking down components, assigning functionality, and establishing interfaces across systems and components • Develop and maintain reusable standards, design patterns, and configurations as scalable building blocks • Partner with project and product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions • Conduct complex cost/benefit analyses to evaluate and recommend future-state capabilities • Lead architectural governing principles for enterprise-wide solution decisions and change management • Audit solution designs against architecture standards and patterns • Monitor system performance and proactively mitigate risks when introducing new capabilities • Collaborate with stakeholders and industry experts to shape future-state architecture, develop roadmaps, and stay current on industry trends • Lead and execute data activities within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program • Define and govern SAP S/4HANA data architecture, migration strategy, and data standards • Analyze legacy systems and SAP data structures and develop source-to-target mappings • Lead data profiling, quality assessment, cleansing, enrichment, and remediation • Build, validate, and execute migration datasets across multiple migration cycles • Oversee ETL, transformation, loading, reconciliation, and defect resolution • Establish migration rules, automation frameworks, reusable assets, data quality controls, and governance standards • Conduct data readiness assessments and report on progress, risks, and mitigation plans • Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical resources • Support mock conversions, cutover planning, dress rehearsals, and production deployments • Create and maintain architecture diagrams, models, documentation, and architecture artifacts • Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate issues to project managers and leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• College, university, or equivalent degree in a relevant technical discipline, or relevant equivalent experience required • Significant experience in a relevant discipline with a demonstrated track record of architecture and design for cloud-based platforms • Experience analyzing complex business systems, industry requirements, and governance to create solution designs • Proven architecture and design experience for cloud-based platforms • Experience leading SAP data migration workstreams on large-scale transformation programs • Strong SAP S/4HANA expertise, including business processes and data models • Experience migrating master and transactional data across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Systems, and Service Management • Experience designing enterprise data governance and data quality frameworks in SAP environments • Hands-on experience with migration factory models, automation approaches, and reusable migration accelerators • Hands-on experience with SAP Data Services (BODS), BDC, ETL processes, data quality, governance, and migration execution • Exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) data services and integration capabilities • Experience with SAP S/4HANA 2021+ implementations or upgrades • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and influence stakeholders • Fluency in establishing enterprise data governance and migration factory models aligned to program objectives • Licensing may be required for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations • SAP certification in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and/or SAP Master Data Management (MDM) highly preferred • Experience with architecting and integrating enterprise systems and data preferred • Experience defining and weighing trade-offs of solution options preferred • Experience with IoT technology preferred • Experience in Agile software development and DevSecOps preferred • Knowledge of emerging technology trends, SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, and AI-assisted data tools is preferred or a key differentiator • Must be able to periodically co-locate at UK and Melbourne, Australia hubs and have international travel flexibility
