Beschreibung

• Lead the functional area of SAP Sales and Service (repairs & aftermarket) • Work with Business Process Owners and their teams to establish and prioritize legacy and new processes, applications, and integrations • Provide advisory and subject matter expertise for the SAP Sales, Service, CRM, and ITM software development lifecycle • Lead and manage new SAP deployments and day-to-day support activities • Own and manage sales, service, and trade design and data within SAP S/4 • Maintain SAP best practices and own the WRICEF development inventory • Provide off-hours availability for critical production issues when required • Manage the SAP Sales and Service functional team, including hiring, onboarding, development planning, and annual performance evaluations • Set team priorities and workload to drive efficiency, productivity, and on-time delivery • Coach team members on technical depth and stakeholder-facing skills • Own team capacity planning and staffing recommendations

🎯 Anforderungen

• 15+ years of SAP ERP experience • Expertise with SAP S/4HANA Core Sales Service Management, ITM, and SAP Customer Service • Expertise in the SAP S/4HANA Core data model and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems • 5+ full life-cycle SAP Sales and Service Management implementations • Experience integrating SAP ERP/S/4 with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Salesforce CRM • Hands-on SAP Service Management process design, configuration, development, and support • Experience integrating SAP Service Management with SAP OTC, SAP PP, SAP FICO, and SAP MES • Hands-on Order to Cash process design, configuration, development, and support • Experience integrating Order to Cash with SAP FICO, SAP CRM, SAP IBP, and SAP Service to Cash processes • Experience with Service Order Management, Preventive Maintenance, Sales & Service Contracts, Warranty processes, and Pricing Management • Experience with SAP Master Data, including Business Partners, Material Master, Equipment Master, and Transactional Management • 7+ years of direct people-management experience leading a technical or functional team • Experience with hiring, performance management, and development planning • Strong leadership and ownership skills • Strong team-player orientation, excellent communication, and ethics • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Information Systems, or Software Engineering is listed as a preferred qualification • Position may require exposure to export-controlled information and additional security screening • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information if required
