Beschreibung

• Oversee the procurement function within the portfolio of sites on a client account • Manage procurement strategies and ensure cost-effective purchasing of goods and services • Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers • Provide strategic leadership and coordination across regional procurement teams and stakeholders • Act as the accountable global procurement owner for the client account • Set global procurement strategy and strategic sourcing direction • Align procurement objectives with the client account plan • Consolidate global reporting and value delivery • Coordinate global stakeholder and supplier governance across regions • Develop strategic partnerships and client-centric procurement strategies • Own the global procurement relationship with the Client, Account Management Team, Regional Procurement Leads, Procurement Operations, suppliers and C&W Corporate stakeholders • Participate in global governance meetings and address regional procurement matters requiring global direction or escalation • Consolidate global procurement reporting and produce global procurement content for QBRs • Support strategic client pursuits and global QBRs • Validate and consolidate global procurement value, including savings and value data • Implement programs and initiatives to achieve agreed goals, metrics and KPIs • Oversee global procurement resource requirements and support regional resource planning • Escalate and coordinate resolution of major regional risks and issues • Provide global oversight of contracting activities • Interpret contracts and negotiate with suppliers where global involvement is required • Ensure contractual records retention plans are in place • Advise management regarding contractual rights, obligations, resource use and legal matters • Support global oversight of contract compliance • Set strategic sourcing direction and ensure regional sourcing supports the global procurement strategy • Sponsor or lead high-complexity and cross-regional sourcing projects and RFPs • Engage Category Managers and preferred suppliers • Maintain relationships with global Client stakeholders as the primary procurement interface • Partner with Regional Procurement Leads on communication, ownership and escalation • Work with Finance, Operations and other functions to align procurement priorities • Lead and participate in meetings • Define and maintain the global procurement strategy using spend, supplier, operational and market insights • Embed responsible sourcing, sustainability and supplier diversity considerations • Identify and progress global opportunities and cross-regional synergies • Drive sharing of procurement best practices and innovation across regions • Develop global supplier strategy and align it with category strategies and account objectives • Employ C&W and Client account best practices, policies, processes, tools and templates • Lead benchmarking activities to evaluate market trends, supplier competitiveness and sourcing opportunities • Provide global oversight of strategic supplier relationships and supplier risk management • Consolidate supplier performance insights and identify trends and improvement opportunities • Coordinate global corrective actions for major supplier performance issues • Maintain supplier performance, compliance and value tracking and reporting mechanisms • Provide strategic and functional leadership across Regional Procurement Leads and Procurement teams without direct line-management accountability • Promote procurement capability development, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement • Foster an inclusive and collaborative global procurement community • Leverage data, analytics, AI and digital procurement technologies • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required • MBA or related Master’s Degree preferred • 10+ years’ experience in Procurement and Strategic Sourcing • Experience supporting complex, multi-country or global client accounts, ideally within facility services or a related discipline • Proven experience developing procurement strategies • Experience leading complex sourcing programmes • Experience operating effectively within a global matrix organisation • Experience engaging senior client and internal stakeholders • Experience influencing geographically dispersed procurement teams within a complex matrix organisation • Understanding of Strategic Sourcing processes • Proficiency with e-tools such as e-RFPs, reverse auctions, e-catalogs, and contract management systems • Legal knowledge and ability to prepare/negotiate agreements and amendments • Ability to explain contract specifics to clients • Analytical and quantitative skills • Ability to analyze and interpret information, data and related documentation • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently to find solutions • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills • Strong leadership and influencing skills • Ability to drive alignment and results through matrix governance and stakeholder engagement • Ability to lead through a matrix structure and influence Regional Procurement Leads • Strong global governance, executive stakeholder management, reporting consolidation and value-validation capabilities • Strong commercial acumen • Ability to translate spend, market, supplier performance and value data into strategic recommendations • Excellent executive-level communication, influencing and presentation skills
