Beschreibung

• Support designated business units with advice, consultation, and guidance on CVS Health policies and practices • Manage a high-volume caseload of workplace inquiries and employee relations concerns • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, conflicts, and concerns • Assist leaders with coaching, corrective actions, and terminations • Conduct investigations, gather relevant information, and recommend actions to resolve conflicts and issues • Develop and implement employee communication strategies • Collaborate with HR and management on employee engagement and process improvement plans • Support employees facing personal or professional challenges, including crisis management, by connecting them with appropriate resources • Document case information, meet case management metrics, reach resolution, and close cases within required time frames • Deliver training and guidance to leaders and colleagues • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of employee relations experience • Direct experience managing, advising, and resolving employee relations cases, including performance management, attendance, misconduct, complaints, discipline, and termination • Experience conducting workplace investigations • Experience using employee relations case management systems such as Salesforce, Navex, ServiceNow, or HR Equity • Strong knowledge of current state and federal employment/labor laws and regulations • Proven analytical, critical-thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict management, investigation, negotiation, and influencing • Ability to travel as needed • Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of experience and education • Preferred experience interacting with labor unions and advising on labor relations matters • Preferred ability to develop employee/labor relations trends and insights reporting • Preferred certifications or licenses in Dispute Resolution, Mediation, EEO Investigator, PHR/SPHR, or CP/SCP (SHRM)
