Beschreibung

• Establish and maintain labor standards through time studies, work sampling, and predetermined time standard methods (MOST) • Develop, update, analyze, and document labor standards and associated workflows • Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce Standard Operating Procedures aligned with time standards • Perform time studies and work sampling using Method-Time Measurement (MTM) systems • Draft and document SOPs for each job and task • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping and DMAIC • Maintain working knowledge of Industrial Engineering software platforms • Analyze processes to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction • Stay informed of clinical process updates to ensure accurate and relevant reporting • Define in-depth reporting logic specifications • Travel independently for on-site observations, time studies, and analyses as needed, up to 50%

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, or equivalent • Lean and/or Six Sigma certification required • Ability to build labor standards using predetermined motion time study techniques such as MOST • Strong analytical skills, including retrieving, transforming, analyzing, and visualizing data • Data acquisition through SQL or Business Intelligence Tools; ability to access reports and build/manipulate queries • Advanced MS Excel skills, including complex spreadsheets and advanced formulas • Ability to create professional MS PowerPoint presentations • Strong statistical skills; Minitab or similar statistical software is a plus • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate with and work through cross-functional teams • Ability to stay highly organized and on-task in a fast-paced environment • Ability to travel independently and conduct on-site observations, time studies, and analyses as needed, with travel up to 50% • Preferred: experience within Utilization Management and/or Case Management clinical operations
