Beschreibung

• Act as a technical expert on the Cyera Platform • Drive customer adoption through onboarding, training, and enablement programs • Understand customer requirements, challenges, and business goals • Design and deliver customized solutions and use cases through a consultative approach • Identify and resolve obstacles to customer success with internal teams • Create and resolve tickets as needed • Advocate for customer needs by influencing Cyera’s roadmap and product development • Empower partners with tools, resources, and guidance for professional services delivery • Develop and maintain a library of services, methodologies, and best practices • Assist in partner engagements to ensure high-quality service delivery • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams • Standardize and optimize onboarding for scalability and customer satisfaction • Build trusted relationships with champions at strategic customer accounts • Align service delivery with product innovation and customer needs alongside Product Management, R&D, and the Office of the CTO • Provide field feedback to improve product usability, supportability, and functionality • Support the pre-sales to post-sales transition • Document and share best practices internally and externally • Mentor team members and support professional growth • Participate in interviews and onboarding of new team members • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture • Travel 25–75% annually to engage directly with clients

🎯 Anforderungen

• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience required • 3+ years of hands-on experience with data technologies and cloud technologies • Proficiency in SQL • Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Python or equivalent • Hands-on experience with cloud environments • Experience with databases, cloud infrastructure, and basic administration • Knowledge of cloud networking, data and compute assets, IAM, and permissions • Experience with programming or scripting languages • Familiarity with APIs and web services • Expertise in DLP, Data Privacy/Protection, DSPM/CSPM, SIEM, or vulnerability management, with hands-on experience preferred • Prior experience in a software company in a technical customer-facing role is essential • Prior experience collaborating with Development teams • Track record of owning customer relationships, including onboarding, renewal, and expansion • Ability to break down problems into manageable, ordered parts and communicate the problem statement and plan of action • Self-starter able to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, deadline-oriented startup environment • Results-oriented mindset with experience driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, feature adoption, and customer retention • Self-motivated, proactive, innovative team player • Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills • Ability to work autonomously on intricate challenges and tasks with limited documentation
