Beschreibung

• Act as a liaison between R&D, Field Sales Engineers, and Customer Success teams • Translate technical requirements and feedback between teams • Assist in deploying and operationalizing complex cloud security solutions • Ensure solution components function effectively and integrate smoothly • Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly • Prioritize tasks to ensure timely resolution of high-impact issues • Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders through clear communication • Provide technical guidance and support to Field Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams • Stay updated on cloud security trends and technologies • Provide technical insights and recommendations to improve product features and performance

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in the cloud security domain • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and security solutions • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and processes • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building strong relationships • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively • Certifications in cloud security or related fields, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or CISSP, are a plus
