Beschreibung

• Develop and deliver new and existing Management Information (MI) reports • Analyze, test and troubleshoot the MI estate using T-SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) • Design and produce MI reporting products • Develop and deliver analytical models and contractual reporting within agreed timescales and change processes • Handle delivery work, ad hoc requests and data requirements supporting broader business activity • Manage own work through agreed systems • Work with MI, IT and wider business stakeholders to establish robust MI specifications • Lead regular review and audit of the existing MI report portfolio • Identify and implement continuous improvement in service delivery, process reengineering and product quality • Represent the MI function in dialogue with the business • Maintain and refine processes to meet agreed timescales and SLAs • Collaborate with client-facing, business services and occasionally external client-based technical teams • Troubleshoot, respond to business queries and maintain robust documentation

🎯 Anforderungen

• Degree level qualification in maths, science, business or computing • 3+ years’ experience in a data/analytical role, ideally within Legal, Finance or other regulated industries • Advanced knowledge of T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, GIT • Strong experience of data extraction, migration, reporting, quality checks and/or analytical projects • Experience using source control products such as GIT • Ability to define and document technical requirements • Ability to describe data analytics model outputs and methods clearly • Solid communication skills • Alignment with the Firm’s Cultural Principles: Clear, Creative, Determined and Supportive • Familiarity with Financial and Case Management systems/data structures is desirable • Solid business and technology insights • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Commitment to continuous improvement • Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem solving • Excellent relationship and client handling skills • Ability to deal confidently and professionally with clients and colleagues
