Beschreibung

• Advise and support customers directly on technical questions • Develop needs-based solutions together with customers and support implementation • Build and configure container platforms • Manage infrastructure, cloud, and container platforms • Automate processes using CI/CD pipelines • Deploy applications in clusters and the cloud • Handle monitoring and performance evaluation • Independently keep up with container and cloud technologies through self-study and training • Participate in customer contact, on-call duty, or on-site work when required

🎯 Anforderungen

• Practical experience with container and cloud technologies is desirable • Motivation to learn new topics • Empirical-agile mindset • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a team and organize work independently • Initiative and self-management • German and English at business level (C1/C2), written and spoken • Enjoyment of direct customer contact, including on-call duty or on-site work when needed • Kubernetes • Linux knowledge • Knowledge of at least one cloud stack: AWS, GKE, MS Azure, or OSP/OpenStack • Basic knowledge of Terraform is desirable • Basic knowledge of Ansible is desirable • Basic knowledge of Go is desirable • Experience in IT operations is desirable • Consultant mindset and consulting skills • Strong communication skills • Scrum knowledge • Agile/Scrum project experience is desirable • Scrum certification is desirable • Kanban knowledge is desirable • Moderation and de-escalation methods are desirable • Learning methodologies/didactics for conducting training are desirable
