Beschreibung

• Identify customer needs, industry trends, and competition through market and user research • Collaborate with sales leadership, business leaders, customers, and technical teams • Develop and articulate product vision and strategy aligned with company goals • Manage and prioritize the product backlog and participate in planning events • Partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch products and features • Leverage the continuous delivery pipeline to release value with greater velocity and predictability • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans for product implementation • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings • Lead and manage the product lifecycle, including product vision, roadmaps, and backlog

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within technical and professional customer service • Technical experience working with Salesforce • Experience engaging with strategic partners and building strong partner relationships • Proficiency in product management tools and software, such as ADO, and Agile methodologies • In-depth understanding of technical and professional customer service • Proven ability to work with and motivate cross-functional teams • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely • Commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations • Experience working in an Agile environment with a focus on iterative product development • Ability to travel by air and ground and comply with the Daktronics Driver Eligibility Policy • Fluent in English, written and verbal • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.; Daktronics does not sponsor, renew, or extend immigration visas for this position
