Beschreibung

• Serve as the technical expert enabling the Digital Pathology commercial team throughout the customer lifecycle • Partner with Sales Specialists, Account Managers, and customer stakeholders to drive adoption of Digital and Computational Pathology solutions • Act as a trusted advisor to pathology, laboratory, clinical, and IT stakeholders • Design, present, and lead discussions about customers' IT ecosystems and requirements • Develop IT solution architectures and consultative application solutions • Lead customer discovery sessions, workflow assessments, and solution design workshops • Demonstrate digital pathology, image analysis, and AI-enabled diagnostic solutions • Develop and communicate value propositions supporting diagnostic excellence, operational efficiency, digital transformation, and patient outcomes • Provide pre- and post-sales subject matter expertise • Present and demonstrate hardware, software, workflow solutions, and clinical applications • Support customer transition to digital and computational pathology workflows • Report to the Regional Sales Manager as part of the Digital Pathology team in Italy

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, informatics, imaging, or healthcare-related discipline • Experience in healthcare IT environments and systems integration • Experience supporting and understanding digital pathology, medical imaging, diagnostics, healthcare IT, or laboratory technology solutions • Experience with interoperability with LIS using standards such as DICOM and HL7 • Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platform • Experience in solution selling, technical consulting, applications support, or solution architecture • Willingness and ability to travel up to 80%, including overnight travel • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
