Beschreibung

• Own the day-to-day management and governance of molecule assets, molecule pipeline prioritization, and deployment • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance molecule intelligence capabilities • Establish standardized asset management practices and adoption of tools and processes that increase operational effectiveness • Lead global programs enhancing molecule visibility, data quality, specification position coverage, and commercial intelligence • Establish and maintain processes, tools, and reporting capabilities for actionable insights into molecule progression, specification status, and competitive positioning • Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting and translate pipeline insights and performance metrics into recommendations for leadership and commercial teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, life sciences, or related field • Strong understanding of biologics, bioprocessing, drug development workflows, and technology selection factors • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to synthesize complex scientific and commercial information into actionable business insights • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership capabilities • Ability to influence and drive alignment across a global organization • Experience utilizing CRM systems, pipeline management tools, reporting platforms, and data visualization tools • Ability to travel 25% to EMEA, USCAN, and APAC • Previous experience in molecule pipeline tracking and asset management, process development, commercial enablement, or related functions would be a plus • Previous experience in technical sales, field application support, or scientific support roles would be a plus • Experience leading cross-functional process improvement, operational excellence, and commercial effectiveness initiatives would be a plus • Experience with external molecule databases, industry intelligence platforms, and market analytics tools would be a plus • Experience navigating complex global matrix organizations would be a plus
