Beschreibung

• Lead product commercialization and sustain Aldevron’s Gene Editing Therapeutic product portfolio and services • Establish a market-leading position across organizational functions • Manage existing clinical and commercial products and services • Execute commercial launches defined by Product Strategy • Work with commercial teams and partners to maximize portfolio growth and differentiation • Partner with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, and other teams to launch and manage products and services • Deliver differentiated messaging, value propositions, tactical marketing plans, collateral, and training tools • Develop plans and pricing strategies to achieve annual orders, revenue, and margin growth objectives • Manage mid-to-late-stage product and custom manufacturing service lifecycles through end-of-life strategy • Deliver sales training for new and on-market products • Support funnel and opportunity growth and key accounts • Act as product lead for key client discussions and escalations • Provide market, regulatory trend, and competitor analysis • Establish multi-year product forecasts and identify opportunities to improve current products

🎯 Anforderungen

• B.S. or B.A. required • MBA or advanced degree in a scientific field preferred, such as cell biology, molecular biology, biotechnology, or biochemistry • 7+ years of experience in a client-facing product manager or sales role • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience within life sciences or a related healthcare field • Experience managing products in a regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life science field • Experience translating therapeutic components or supporting CDMO services • Demonstrated success launching and sustaining excellent products • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, including internationally • Strong cell and gene therapy, gene editing, and/or life science industry understanding preferred • Experience influencing all levels of an organization, including senior and functional leaders, preferred • Experience working cross-functionally with a globally distributed team preferred
