Beschreibung

• Be at the forefront of identifying and evaluating emerging digital trends and technologies • Strong focus on establishing and progressing our Smart Manufacturing Global Strategy, developing our Capability Center • Driving cultural change and organizational readiness for digital transformation • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives • Ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field • A master’s degree is preferred • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital transformation, digital strategy, or related roles • Strong understanding of digital technologies, such as cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and Internet of Things (IoT) • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing digital transformation initiatives in complex organizations • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
