Beschreibung

• Collaborate with sales and field engineering teams to accelerate customer adoption and growth of the Databricks platform • Increase technical accountability and guide complex customers in maximizing platform value and return on investment • Lead post-technical-win account strategies and execution plans across strategic customer accounts • Own technical leadership for assigned use cases and customers across selling teams and internal stakeholders • Drive onboarding, enablement, success, go-live, and healthy workload consumption • Act as the first contact for technical issues and questions regarding production and go-live status • Coordinate Shared Services, User Education, Onboarding/Technical Services, Support, and expert technical resources • Create and execute plans to accelerate key use cases into production and coordinate Professional Services proposals • Navigate Product and Engineering teams for innovations, private previews, and upgrades • Develop execution plans covering production use cases, enablement, product adoption, cloud cost control, tuning and optimization, and governance • Provide internal and external KPI updates on usage, customer health, investment status, risks, product adoption, and use-case progression to the Technical GM

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience accountable for technical project or program delivery in Data and AI • Ability to contribute to technical debates and design choices with customers • Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala • Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting • Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems • Understanding of attributing business value and outcomes to project deliverables • Technical program or project management experience, including account, stakeholder, and resource management accountability • Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives • Experience conducting open-ended discovery workshops, creating strategic roadmaps, conducting business analysis, and managing complex programs/projects • Track record of overachievement against quota, goals, or similar objective targets • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience through work experience • Ability to travel up to 30% when needed
