Beschreibung

• Develop and execute national sales strategies to grow profitable business. • Build strong relationships with key accounts and identify new opportunities. • Present creative packaging solutions tailored to customer needs. • Manage pricing, quotations, and performance tracking for assigned accounts. • Negotiate contracts and maintain long-term agreements. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure exceptional service. • Support RFPs/RFIs and maintain accurate forecasts and records.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business degree preferred. • 7+ years of successful outside sales experience in packaging industry. • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Expertise in packaging and corrugated products strongly preferred. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to travel; valid U.S. driver’s license required. • Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
