Beschreibung

• Elevate proposal visuals through creative layout, décor concepts, diagrams, and trend-forward enhancements. • Support proposal formatting, templates, and transitions between systems. • Assist with site presentations, décor showcases, and live or virtual sales presentations. • Maintain vendor PowerPoints, mock-ups, and visual assets to support sales and proposal efforts. • Serve as a subject matter expert and informal mentor to National Account Coordinators. • Design and develop customized proposals, site inspection books, and client-facing materials. • Research industry, design, and destination trends and proactively share insights with the team. • Support the creation and maintenance of sales tools and collateral.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 1–2 years of experience in event planning, sales support, or DMC industry preferred. • In-depth knowledge of destination. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Creative mindset with an understanding of industry trends. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
