Beschreibung
• Own total cost-of-care analytics across all payer contracts • Develop shared savings calculations and baseline construction • Lead reporting with payer partners and serve as the analytical counterpart • Model financial impact of site-of-care shifts • Build and own internal and external reporting infrastructure • Lead Daymark's medical economics AI strategy and tooling infrastructure • Support payer growth contracting and contract term design • Build and lead the medical economics and reporting function
🎯 Anforderungen
• Experience in medical economics and healthcare analytics • Strong knowledge of payer contracting and actuarial methodologies • Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) • Experience with AI and advanced analytics in healthcare • Ability to work independently and build teams • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
