Beschreibung

• Provide technical consultancy to the US Professional Services team on product and integration strategy. • Lead solution design for major US client projects, balancing customer needs with long-term product and delivery sustainability. • Support client projects to successful outcomes by guiding stakeholders toward the best mutual solution, not simply the fastest requested option. • Deliver high-quality integration builds for enterprise clients. • Build and maintain deep expertise across all integration methods supported by the Dayshape product. • Identify integration capability gaps and provide clear, structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams. • Mentor teammates and support their technical growth. • Collaborate effectively across multiple time zones with strong communication, planning, and stakeholder alignment.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise integration projects. • Proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality, robust integration solutions. • 5+ years of hands-on experience using ADF, Databricks, or comparable data management tools. • 5+ years of experience with one or more programming languages, with the ability to investigate and understand existing codebases. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to negotiate outcomes that work for all parties. • Demonstrated ability to bring clarity and direction in complex, ambiguous situations. • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset. • Ability to deliver effectively under pressure while maintaining quality. • Bonus points if you have experience in professional services organisations and/or resource management environments. • Experience integrating with one or more enterprise systems such as Workday, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics. • Experience contributing to integration standards, reusable patterns, or engineering best practices across teams.
