Beschreibung

• Take ownership of assigned work, consistently driving progress towards the finish line • Lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. • Collaborate with various teams across the organization for project planning • Supervise project teams, directing and coordinating efforts to align with project objectives. • Leverage and adapt project planning tools to effectively track progress, allocate resources, and meet critical milestones. • Regularly monitor and report on project status, making strategic adjustments as required. • Proactively identify, manage and communicate risks and issues, escalating them appropriately. • Foster communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, project teams and across the Dealer Tire CEG Technology function. • Mentor less experienced Project Manager(s) and team members, aiding their professional growth and readiness for more complex roles. • Adhere to and advocate for established project management methodologies within the technology domain and various partner groups.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in technology, or equivalent work experience. • 5+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on technology projects. • Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean, Kanban). • Skilled in technology-centric project management tools (JIRA, Smartsheets, Monday.com, HubSpot, Miro, ClickUp, Confluence, MS Project). • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a bonus. • Proven experience managing external-facing projects and interfacing directly with clients, B2B partners or third-party vendors.
