Beschreibung

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain responsive enterprise web applications • Develop reusable front-end components and scalable back-end services using approved frameworks and coding standards • Translate business and technical requirements into secure, maintainable software solutions • Troubleshoot defects, perform root-cause analysis, and support production issue resolution • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle APEX applications supporting MODES III business processes • Develop and optimize Oracle SQL, PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and database objects • Integrate Oracle APEX applications with enterprise systems and RESTful services using Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) • Support modernization or migration of legacy applications into Oracle APEX solutions • Design, build, document, and maintain secure RESTful APIs and system integrations • Support application deployment and operations in AWS and/or Microsoft Azure environments • Collaborate with DevSecOps engineers to improve CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and deployment automation • Assist with application performance monitoring, tuning, availability, and reliability • Apply secure software development practices and participate in code reviews, automated testing, and vulnerability remediation • Coordinate with cybersecurity personnel to support RMF, Zero Trust, NIST SP 800-53, and Authority to Operate requirements • Develop accessible applications and content consistent with Section 508 requirements • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, demonstrations, and retrospectives • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, UX specialists, architects, testers, and Government stakeholders • Provide work estimates, technical documentation, status updates, and knowledge transfer • Modernize and sustain MODES III applications supporting military members and their families

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must hold an active Secret clearance • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered • Minimum 6+ years of enterprise software development experience, including 3+ years performing full stack development • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Oracle APEX applications in an enterprise environment • Strong experience with Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, ORDS, and RESTful service integration • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and at least one modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js • Experience with one or more back-end technologies such as Java, C#/.NET, Node.js, or Python • Experience using Git-based source control, issue tracking, automated testing, and CI/CD practices • Experience supporting cloud-hosted applications in AWS and/or Microsoft Azure • Experience with SonarQube, Checkmarx, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Docker, or Kubernetes is preferred • CompTIA Security+ certification is preferred • Oracle APEX, Oracle Database, AWS, or Agile-related certifications are preferred • Experience supporting Federal or Department of War programs is preferred • Experience operating in IL4/IL5 or other regulated cloud environments is preferred • Familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps, microservices, container technologies, and infrastructure as code is preferred • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills • Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams while managing multiple priorities • Self-starter with strong attention to detail, customer focus, and commitment to software quality and mission outcomes
